General information about our rooms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer single and double rooms in many locations for different budgets and requirements. The facilities always includes a single or a double bed (depending on the apartment\/room) and a wardrobe. The fully furnished living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom are also available for shared use by the tenants. Free WiFi in all apartments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shared apartments are especially suitable for seasonal residents and for tenants who are looking for an inexpensive place to live for a longer or indefinite period of time.<\/strong><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important to note: The sublease contract is at least 3 months. A termination of the sublease contract is only possible after the 3 months have expired, this includes also possible room changes. The notice period after the 3 months has expired is 14 days.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Single room for 1 person: 850 CHF per month<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A deposit of 400 CHF must be paid.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Double room for 2 persons: 1250.- CHF per month<\/strong>, (625.- per person) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Room can also be used by fewer people. However, the rate of the maximum occupancy will be charged, a deposit of 400.- CHF for the room is obligatory.<\/em> geleistet werden<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
